Health Staff Australia was formed through Sandra Soper (Our Founder), a qualified nurse, who recognised the need in the Nursing sector to find and ensure adequate care for participants.
As a family, Sandra, and her husband Ross Thompson (a specialist in the recruitment industry for over 25 years) combined their knowledge to form a specialised Nursing and Support Care agency that would provide solutions to the needs of the community, with a firm foundation built on years of expertise.
Through a mantra of family commitment and service to the community, Health Staff Australia has ensured that each team member that comes on board, shares the same values.
We will not compromise the quality of our care and commitment to every single person that our agency serves. Health care is a priority, and this is firmly bonded to a core value that we form a rapport and relationship of trust with every person we serve.
Sandra's commitment and dedication to providing healthcare, means that even as a Founder, she is still working in the field, as a care provider, ensuring that personal touch is never lost.

Our Offices in Sydney, Wollongong and Adelaide are supported by an International Call Centre, allowing us to deliver staffing solutions 24/7, including casual and permanent roles as well as remote placements.
